 How using my services can increase your turnover!

Lets say that the amount of income that you can generate for your business is £150ph.

You just know that you can generate more business, but you seem to spend all your time doing paperwork and chasing up others which is getting in the way.

We work out that you can delegate 10 hrs of admin to me per month at a cost of £280 pm.
This frees you up by 10 hrs pm to earn your business an extra £1,220 pm net (£1,500 less the £280 you pay me).

My skills set

Given my background I am well suited to supplying virtual assistant or Virtual PA services to those individuals and businesses who want a professional business support  and solutions service. My background has equipped me with  the following skills:


  • contract and document review, preparing a summary for you of key terms and any areas of concern and negotiation of terms including fees
  • preparing documents to support tenders/bids for work and to register and meet client onboarding procedures and requirements
  • writing, reviewing and polishing templates, reports and presentations
  • familiarity with and experience in Know Your Client and Anti Money Laundering legislation and procedures
  • experience in dealing with various professional and regulatory bodies including handling complaints
  • fully conversant with issues of confidentiality and handling sensitive material
  • internet research and preparing briefing notes for you
  • excellent industry knowledge in and experience of both the legal and insurance fields
  • drafting routine and non routine correspondence
  • an ability to think through and analysis issues to consider the various possible outcomes and ramifications and to come up with solutions
  • competitor price and other anaylsis
  • negotiating fees and/or terms on behalf of and for you/your business
  • building a simple corporate style website (i.e without  e-commerce or an online appointment diary)

In addition to these more specialised skills I am also experienced in and more than happy to carry out the more standard PA tasks such as:

  • preparing and sending out invoices including via online portals for contractor clients; chasing up bad debts
  • basic bookkeeping (e.g. logging purchases and expenses, bank reconcilitation) - I am familiar with and currently use both xero and Quick Books Online accountancy software for clients
  • entering details about your business onto various third party sites (for example, yell.com, 118.com, specialist sites relevant to your business)
  • e-mail filtering and reply
  • basic website/social media maintenance including adding client reviews of your business and blogs/posts
  • setting up your business on third party websites and answering enquiries
  • diary management and making appointments (business and personal)
  • screening and handling telephone calls
  • word processing
  • prepare and send out hard copy and electronic newsletters
  • drafting standard forms and templates
  • researching and booking travel and accommodation (business and personal)
  • ordering supplies/equipment (business and personal)

Although based in St Albans in Hertfordshire as a virtual assistant I can work for you wherever you and your business are based.
