Given my background I am well suited to supplying VA services to either professional or to those who want a professional business support  and solutions service. My background has equipped me with  the following skills:

  • writing and fine tuning reports and presentations
  • familiarity with and experience in Know Your Client and Anti Money Laundering legislation and procedures
  • experience in dealing with various professional and regulatory bodies including handling complaints
  • fully conversant with issues of confidentiality and handling sensitive material
  • internet research and preparing briefing notes for you
  • excellent industry knowledge in and experience of both the legal and insurance fields
  • drafting routine and non routine correspondence
  • an ability to think through and analysis issues to consider the various possible outcomes and ramifications and to come up with solutions
  • competitor price and other anaylsis
  • negotiating fees and/or terms on behalf of and for you/your business
  • building a simple corporate style website (i.e without  e-commerce or an online appointment diary)

In addition to these more specialised skills I am also experienced in and more than happy to carry out the more standard PA tasks such as:

  • preparing and sending out invoices including via online portals for contractor clients; chasing up bad debts
  • basic bookkeeping (e.g. logging purchases and expenses, bank reconcilitation) - I am familiar with and currently use both xero and Quick Books Online accountancy software for clients
  • entering details about your business onto various third party sites (for example, yell.com, 118.com, specialist sites relevant to your business)
